Hyproof and LAM
The unique properties of Hyload Waterproofing Systems, Hyproof and LAM, make them the most effective and versatile choice available to owners and specifiers.

Hyproof CTEM roll membrane systems
Are comprised combination of Elvaloy, PVC, and coal tar pitch. These materials give our membrane systems advantages no other supplier can match.
Hyproof systems offer:
  • A membrane that is extremely tough, durable and chemically resistant. Potential environmental contaminants such as ultraviolet light, acids, bases, petroleum products (including greases and oils), molds, and algae will not degrade the membrane's effectiveness.
  • Impervious to ponding water
  • Hot air welded membrane bonding
  • Hyload Cloaks for inside and outside corners - pre-formed shapes that can be hot air welded to the membrane
  • Hyload Trowel On Mastic - a trowelable mastic that offers not only creates tight bonds, but is an effective water and vapor barrier
  • Self-adhered membranes for application over smooth, dry substrates such as cured concrete and wood
  • Hyload Membrane Adhesive which can be bead or trowel-applied to adhere our membrane to substrates where contamination or compatibility problems may exist, such as existing waterproofing systems (including coal tar) in retrofit applications.


LAM (Liquid Applied Membrane)
LAM is a low viscosity, liquid applied waterproofing membrane for use on horizontal or vertical surfaces. LAM is most commonly used in a two-ply fabric reinforced application.
LAM features include:
  • Fast cure, moisture cure, elastomeric material which cures into a seamless monolithic rubber-like membrane
  • Very low odor
  • Solvent free
  • Can be applied to green concrete
  • Excellent alternative to hot rubberized asphalt applications eliminating many logistical and environmental issues associated with a hot system


Both Hyproof and LAM
Systems offer:
  • High elongation for crack-bridging in concrete substrate applications
  • Compatible with and can be tied into existing coal tar waterproofing systems
  • Hyload Structural Sealant - a moisture cure, moisture insensitive sealant that covalently bonds to our membrane and pre-formed shapes, in addition to forming a strong, aggressive bond to most all construction materials


Below-grade, above-grade, and plaza deck waterproofing projects are all applications where Hyload Waterproofing Systems are an excellent choice. Additionally, our systems are totally compatible with Hyload Masonry Through-Wall Flashing Systems and Hyload Roofing Systems. This offers the owner/specifier a total water control package no other supplier can match.
